Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LinkNest (linknest.9gg.app), operated by 9GG LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("9GG", "we", "us"). By using LinkNest you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

LinkNest lets you build and publish a personal link page, optionally under a branded short URL, with visitor analytics. The service is currently provided free of charge. We may add paid features later; nothing free today will silently start charging you.

2. Your content

• You own the content you put on your page. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, display, and transmit it solely to operate the service.
• You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to everything you post, including images and links.
• Draft content kept only in your browser's localStorage is under your control; clearing browser data will erase unpublished drafts.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use LinkNest to:

• link to or distribute malware, phishing, or scam content;
• impersonate any person or brand, or claim a branded URL in bad faith (e.g., squatting on someone else's trademark or name);
• publish content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or sexually exploitative of minors;
• send spam pointing to LinkNest pages, or artificially inflate analytics;
• probe, disrupt, or overload the service.

We may remove content, reclaim URLs, or suspend pages that violate these rules, with or without notice.

4. Branded URLs

Short URLs are allocated first-come, first-served among permitted names. We may reclaim a URL that violates Section 3, infringes someone's rights, or has been inactive for an extended period. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you via any contact information you've provided before reclaiming an inactive URL.

5. Ads you insert

If you insert advertising or sponsorship code into your page, you are the publisher of that content: you are responsible for complying with the ad network's terms, applicable advertising-disclosure laws (e.g., FTC endorsement guides), and any consent requirements the ad code triggers for your visitors.

6. Analytics

Visitor analytics are provided as-is, on a best-effort basis. Counts are de-duplicated estimates, not audited measurements, and should not be relied on for billing or contractual purposes with third parties.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR PERMANENTLY AVAILABLE. Links on published pages belong to their page owners; we do not endorse or verify them.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 9GG LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF US $50 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold 9GG harmless from claims arising out of your content, your ads, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using LinkNest at any time and may request deletion of your published page via support@9gg.app. We may suspend or terminate the service or your access for violations of these Terms or if we discontinue the product; where practical we will give notice so you can export your links.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes is the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and each party consents to their jurisdiction.
